Lee Farm Corporate, a joint venture between Summit Development and The Grossman Companies, Inc., has purchased the property known as Lee Farm Corporate Park for $16.9 Million. The 215,649 S.F. property located at 83 Wooster Heights Road in Danbury was 70% leased at the time of sale.
Built in 1987, the property was recently extensively renovated and is home to blue chip giants such as GE Capital, PepsiCo, First Brands and IMS Health along with other tenants. With it’s visibility, ease of access and relative affordability, the new owners are expecting to lease up the remaining 57,473 S.F. with other high-quality tenants.
